Royal Maundy at Sheffield Cathedral

I had the great privilege of being asked by Sheffield Cathedral to be their official photographer for the visit of the Queen today. The distribution of the Maundy money goes back to 1210 and actually started in Yorkshire. From a photographer’s perspective it was very exciting to get an intimate view of the proceedings. At…

Portrait of Len

I was shooting in my sister’s kitchen up in Harrogate for the exceptional Tipple Tails fruit cake range a couple of weeks ago. Whilst there my brother in law’s father Len popped in on a visit. He’s a total gentleman and a character! After finishing the cakes (photographing not eating!) I had one minute before needing to rush…

The Wedding of Darren and Lisa – Sneak Preview

I’ve had the pleasure of getting to know Darren and Lisa a bit over the last couple of years. They’re the sort of couple, that you leave their company feeling more uplifted than you felt before you saw them (despite Darren’s occasional updates about his exceptional golf career!) So it was a great privilege…

The Wedding of Aiden and Hayley – Sneak Preview

The Norfolk Arms has never looked as smart as it did for the wedding of Hayley and Aiden a couple of Saturdays ago. The grand teepee on the lawn looked the business and what a great idea to include a heart warming fire. Hats off to the ushers and best man who worked hard keeping…

The Wedding of Jamie and Chloe – Mini Preview

Back in the early 1990’s Chloe’s parents used to be my youth leaders in Nottingham! Not any old youth leaders but brilliant, inspiring, generous, genuine and very patient youth leaders! Fast forward 25 years on and I had the great privilege of photographing their eldest daughter’s marriage to Jamie. Chloe and Jamie are complete opposites but seem made for each other. This was a brilliant day in celebration of their marriage with much sunshine and dancing.

The Wedding of Tom and Nic

It was my privilege to photograph Tom and Nic’s wedding last weekend. What a great day – the sun shone (despite what the weathermen said), the shoppers in Penistone stopped to watch, children danced and of course there was space hopper volleyball! Lazy Daisy’s hosted the marquee reception with excellent food provided by Hazel’s Catering. Below is a small preview of Tom and Nic’s wedding photographs….

The Wedding of Adam and Rachel – Sneak Preview

This was such an uplifting day with guests from as far as Australia, a great atmosphere and exceptional speeches – all celebrating two very inspiring people.
